Our name, Magnified Giving, comes from the vision that those gifts that we receive from donors ultimately flow to community nonprofits, but the gift is magnified because we engage students in the grant-making process. Local Nonprofit Receives Four Grants AND Facilitates Magnified Giving With Their Own Program Participants
One local nonprofit had a special opportunity this year - their clients both gave and received Magnified Giving grant funds! At Magnified Giving, we hope to teach philanthropy to all students in our region, especially high-risk students, who have so much to gain from the empowering benefits of giving and serving. This year, we reached more high-risk students than ever through our Extension Programs, or programs hosted outside of a traditional classroom or club environment.

East Clinton Family Receives Service Dog Thanks To Funds Raised By Magnified Giving Students
In 2018, we shared the inspiring story of how students in the Magnified Giving Program at East Clinton High School raised $4,000 for 4 Paws for Ability in order to fund a service dog placement for the family of a former program participant. Holden the Golden Lab is finally with his family!
