Notifying The Agencies: Sharing the Good News...and the Bad News
Once agencies are selected, the winning agency needs to be contacted to let them know they have been selected to receive their Magnified Giving grant. This can be done initially via a phone call to the director (or contact person you have been working with), but should be followed up with a formal letter letting them know they will be receiving the grant, when the grant money will be presented (at our Awards Ceremony in May) and other details.
Likewise, you must properly notify the organizations that submitted Grant Applications but will not be receiving grant money from your school.
