Follow Up:  Tracking Your Investment and Deeping the Relationships

Once a grant has been made, foundations often monitor the use of that investment by looking for follow-up reports by the agency.  The nature of our program, however, makes that monitoring difficult.  From experience, once a relationship has been made between a school and an agency, oftentimes the students and/or teacher will informally keep tabs with the organization which will provide a reasonable comfort level that their investment was done effectively.
