Mr. Roger Grein
Founder / President

Roger is successful businessman, internationally recognized softball coach, one of Cincinnati's great Philanthropy Ambassadors, and founder of Magnified Giving.   An entrepreneur since age seven, Roger made his first, significant philanthropic contribution as a young teenager and has been freely giving of his time, talent and treasure for the past sixty years.  As the founder and coach of Jake Sweeney girls softball team, his teams won regional, state, national and world championships. Mrs. Kelly Collison
Executive Director

Kelly’s nonprofit leadership skills were most recently seen in her role as associate director of programs for Dress for Success Cincinnati, a position she held for eight years. While there she successfully implemented a mobile program for 12 counties, and was responsible for the organization’s management and growth of client services. She has 20 years experience as a customer care director and chief communications officer with AVEDA Frederic’s Corporation. Additionally, she has more than 15 years experience as an event producer and consultant on a wide range of events. One of her clients is Family, Career, Community, Leaders of America Student Leadership Organization.  Now she shifts her attention to educating the next generation of philanthropists with Magnified Giving. Kelly lives with her husband Blane, and son Quinn in Sycamore Township.

   

Mr. Todd Forman
Program Director - Part Time

Todd has been consulting with Roger Grein and Magnified Giving since the organization's start in 2008, and has more than 27 years of hands-on philanthropy education experience. For the past 28 years he has been educating teens and young people as a teacher, coach, community service director, and philanthropy education leader. As a classroom teacher, Todd has taught 6th through 12th grade mathematics, computer science, and religion classes. He has led numerous service-learning trips to Liberty, KY and other locations around the US, organized social justice awareness events and activities, and has been the leader of Habitat for Humanity builds and other affordable housing construction projects.  Todd is currently teaching at Mount Notre Dame High School in Reading, OH. He lives in Anderson with his wife, Kathy, and two daughters, Maia and Tess.
