Mr. Roger Grein
Founder / President

Roger is successful businessman, internationally recognized softball coach, one of Cincinnati's great Philanthropy Ambassadors, and founder of Magnified Giving.   An entrepreneur since age seven, Roger made his first, significant philanthropic contribution as a young teenager and has been freely giving of his time, talent and treasure for the past sixty years.  As the founder and coach of Jake Sweeney girls softball team, his teams won regional, state, national and world championships. Roger has an amazing and inspirational story.  


Mrs. Kelly Collison
Executive Director

Kelly’s nonprofit leadership skills were most recently seen in her role as associate director of programs for Dress for Success Cincinnati, a position she held for eight years. While there she successfully implemented a mobile program for 12 counties, and was responsible for the organization’s management and growth of client services. She has 20 years experience as a customer care director and chief communications officer with AVEDA Frederic’s Corporation. Additionally, she has more than 15 years experience as an event producer and consultant on a wide range of events. One of her clients is Family, Career, Community, Leaders of America Student Leadership Organization.  Now she shifts her attention to educating the next generation of philanthropists with Magnified Giving. Kelly lives with her husband Blane, and son Quinn in Sycamore Township.


Mrs. Carey Kuznar
Advancement Director

Carey has spent over 16 years serving in nonprofit roles for health, human services and education. Her experience and expertise in fundraising, community engagement, and serving the needs of the community have been developed in Phoenix, Arizona, New Haven, CT, Cleveland, OH, Charlotte, NC and her hometown of Cincinnati. Carey’s passion for youth development and empowerment encouraged her to join the team at Magnified Giving where she is inspired on a daily basis. Carey lives with her husband Zak in Montgomery, Ohio, and their 10-year-old twins who she is teaching to be young philanthropists. 




Mrs. Alison Kaufman
Director of Programs

As the Program Manager for a local non-profit, Alison used her past experience to develop strong relationships within multiple school districts to expand the volunteer and donor base for the organization.  During this time, she was exposed to Magnified Giving as a recipient of multiple grants.  The connection of working with the students in our program was inspirational and the motivation needed to make a change.  Having a Senior in High School and triplets in Junior High School, Alison sees the importance of educating this generation to be the voice of change for our communities.   


Mr. Todd Forman
Technology Consultant

Todd has been consulting with Roger Grein and Magnified Giving since the organization's start in 2008.  For the past 29 years he has been educating teens and young people as a teacher, coach, community service director, and philanthropy education leader. As a classroom teacher, Todd has taught 6th through 12th grade mathematics, computer science, and religion classes. He has led numerous service-learning trips to Liberty, KY and other locations around the US, organized awareness events and activities, and has been the leader of Habitat for Humanity builds and other affordable housing construction projects.  Todd serves full-time as the Community Service Director at Mount Notre Dame High School in Reading, OH. He lives in Anderson with his wife, Kathy, and two daughters, Maia and Tess.
